يُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ (٢١) وَمَا أَنْتُمْ بِمُعْجِزِينَ فِي الأرْضِ وَلا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلا نَصِيرٍ (٢٢) وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَلِقَائِهِ أُولَئِكَ يَئِسُوا مِنْ رَحْمَتِي وَأُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ (٢٣
"God punishes whom He wills, and mercy on whom He wills, and unto Him ye will be returned, and you can never escape the punishment of God on earth nor in heaven and Nor can you ever protector and helper besides Allah. and those who disbelieve the revelations of Allah and the meeting with Him, they despair of My mercy, and they have a painful punishment " Al 'Ankabuut : 21 - 23
